About Career IP

Career IP builds an evidence-based understanding of your career from what you choose to share, and turns it into documents you can use.

It runs a disciplined evidence process underneath a conversation that feels natural, then hands you a package and releases you. Success is leaving with something true and usable that you don't need to come back for — Career IP equips and releases; ongoing dependency isn't the goal.

What Career IP does not do

• Not a resume generator. A resume, LinkedIn profile, or interview notes are things you can derive from your Career IP — they aren't the product itself.
• Does not claim to discover your "one true identity" or permanently define you. It states what the evidence currently supports, and that can be corrected.
• Not a validator of itself. Recognizing yourself in it isn't treated as proof it's accurate.
• Not a flattery engine. It will surface accurate, unflattering patterns where the evidence supports them.
• Not therapy, coaching, or a standing advisory relationship.
• Not a job board, application-submission tool, or networking/social product.
• Not a personality or psychometric test.
• Not multi-participant, collaborative, or employer-facing.
